STEP 1 : REGISTER

You need to register by following the procedures outlined on the REGISTER page.

Once your registration is complete we will provide you with a LOGIN ID and PASSWORD which you will then be able to use to access our online transfer system or phone our dealers for a quote.

Please note that we cannot transfer any funds until we have received copies of your passport and proof of address.

STEP 2 : MAKE A TRANSFER

Transferring money through Exchange4free is simple and only takes a few minutes! 

Once you are registered, you can choose either of the following ways to transfer your money:

1.  Phone us for a quote

• Call our dealers for a quote based on current market rates on 084 5652 1022 
• We offer our clients both spot and forward exchange rates

Your rate will be agreed and fixed over the phone and this will be the rate at which your funds will be converted.

Call us for a quote! It costs you nothing to make a call and we have never been beaten on a quote against a competitor!

2.  Make a transfer via our online system

Please follow these steps carefully:

• Using your Login details above on our website, you can:

 - Use 'Transfer Wizard 1' to create and pay a new beneficiary, or 
 - Use 'Transfer Wizard 2' to pay an existing beneficiary

Our new online transfer wizards are simple and very easy to follow. Just go to the relevant wizard and click next to follow the simple steps.  It's the easiest online system in the market and only takes a few minutes!!

• Transfer your funds online : Once you have created a transfer using our wizards you will need to deposit your funds into our account using your internet banking system. Remember to use your transaction reference number as your deposit reference (bank account details are found on the login section)
  
  
• We will then be able to match your transfer created via our online system with your incoming funds
  
  
• Once your funds clear into our account, we will then pay your funds into your beneficiary account
• You will be mailed with a confirmation of your transfer and exchange rate received

* Please note that the exchange rate that you receive via our online transfer system will be based on the rate on the day that your funds clear into our bank account
